The National Transportation Safety Board said in a briefing Saturday evening that the U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter that collided with an American Airlines passenger jet flew higher than FAA restrictions allow, according to preliminary data the board reviewed. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist has the latest on the investigation into the crash.
